Shipping Information

From March 1, 2010 until Thanksgiving, 2010, all orders will require a minimum lead time of 3 business days. All orders placed during the week will ship on the following Tuesday for one-day to two-day delivery in the continental U.S. Orders placed on Mondays, for example will not ship until the next week.

Vaquero Meat & Provisions Company prides itself on providing customers with the best of everything, right down to the way that we carefully pack each order. To insure optimum flavor and freshness, each steak is hand-cut AFTER you place your order. Once cut, they are packaged and shipped with cold packs (not dry ice) the same day. They are never frozen, so you enjoy the fresh steakhouse quality that is so hard to find in the marketplace today. When your steaks arrive, they can be refrigerated for a period of up to 5 days before eating. If you like, you can freeze them yourself.
